Franchising is the most effective and efficient way of earning income, almost passively. Your product/service is marketed every second throughout the country. By replicating your actions in their local franchised branch, it is as if you are present in each of your franchise locations. Therefore, if your brand has 50 locations, then you have replicated your brand 50 times more as you would have done so, by being on your own. HOW DO I BECOME A FRANCHISOR You need to have a model - the model then has to be tweaked & adjusted to meet franchising requirements. If you don't have a model, we will create a model. An operations, documents, quality, policies & procedures manual must be compiled. It is preferable to have your entire franchise system approved by the Franchise Association of SA. (FASA). If you have not been a franchisor before, it is strongly recommended that you employ us to franchise your brand, saving you valuable time and money. WHO ARE WE? WHAT DO WE DO FOR YOU? Examine your business model and conduct a SWOT analysis. We will then tweak your model for franchising to be approved by the FASA. We will obtain FASA registration on your behalf. We will assist in franchise pricing; royalty percentage; franchise rules, policies, procedures, documents, and audits. We will assist in taking your model to market and work with you until your first franchise model is sold. The entire franchise system will be created from scratch for national and/or international franchising.
