KEY CRITERIA FOR PURCHASING The purchase of SETA or any ETQA aligned material demands that you do your research properly before for purchase. There are no legal requirements in SA for anyone to claim that they are professional and successful learning material developers. Therefore, we do come across various dissatisfied clients who have previously purchased learning material that they have deemed to be SETA / ETQA compliant on purchase, only to find out after purchase, that the learning material is not of the required standard, thereby involving a re-purchase & duplication of costs. Clients should look for material samples, client track records (have there been any comebacks?), company profile & professional standards, pricing, after sales service & backup. When interacting with the company you are looking to purchase from, you would get a sense of “feel” and “touch” on the way forward. Be especially aware of very cheaply priced learning material which has found to be problematic for many. Also, ensure that the material comprises of the following learner guide, Facilitator guide, Learner Workbooks (Formative Assessments), Summative Assessments & MEMO, POE Guide and Moderator Report, Unit Standards Alignments Matrix, Practical Guide & Logbook (if applicable), Curriculum Cover 3. HOW DO I GET MY MATERIALS? Call or email me to discuss your program choice. Or else, send your name, ID no. PTY name & reg. no. address, contact no. & email add. Each qualification costs R 4,500. Discounts are offered for multiple qualifications. An invoice will be emailed for payment via EFT – POP must be emailed to me. An electronic link of your qualifications will be sent to you for download within 24-48 hours (load-shedding dependent) of EFT. You are required to download and save your files onto your own computer / storage device. Materials are presented in MS Word format allowing for easy modification, customization of logos, fonts etc. It is recommended that whilst you may effect changes to the look & feel of the learning material, no changes are made to the academic content.
